Quality Guarantee

We guarantee the quality of the wines supplied on our website. If you have any comments or queries regarding the quality of our products, please do not hesitate to contact us. If you detect an obvious defect within three months from delivery of the products, we undertake to replace the defective product at our expense with a product of equal or superior value. Vintages may vary from those advertised. Wines2order.com accepts no liability arising from errors (including typographical) contained in, or any omissions from, this website. Prices for any products ordered will be as quoted on the website, except in the case of obvious errors (including typographical).

Availability

Due to wine being an agricultural product of limited supply and finite shelf life, and to the vagaries of shipping long distances, certain wines may, temporarily or permanently, become unavailable. If we cannot supply an individual wine ordered by you, we will inform you as soon as possible and suggest appropriate alternatives. This does not apply to our pre-selected mixed cases where we will, without additional charge, replace an out of stock item with a wine of similar style and of the same or higher price.

Prices are quoted in Euro and include Excise Duty and VAT

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, and cheque.Credit card payment may be made by fax or phone

Customer confidentiality

While you are browsing our website, and during the ordering process, we collect information and personal data from you. Wines2order.com will only use this information in order to process your orders, to improve our service to you and inform you of promotions. We will never wilfully disclose information about you to any third party without first receiving your permission. Data protection law gives you the right to access information held about you and your right to access can be exercised in accordance with that legislation.

Age restriction

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

Delivery

We offer delivery throughout the Republic of Ireland only and delivery is charged at the cost to us. All products ordered from our website will be delivered within 7 working days of acknowledgement of your order. If you wish to arrange a different delivery time, you can contact us via email at wines2orde@eircom.net

Minimum Order

The minimum order for purchase from our website is 12 x 75cl bottles and orders must be in multiples of twelve bottles. This can be any mixture of wines from our online range with a minimum of 3 bottles of any wine.

Disclaimer

Our liability in connection with any products purchased through our website is strictly limited to the purchase price of such products. We cannot accept any liability for any indirect or consequential loss damage, or for any loss of date, profit, revenue or business, however caused, if foreseeable. We accept no liability for any minor errors or omissions that may occur on our website, despite the precautions taken by us in the presentation of the products. These terms do not affect your statutory rights if you are purchasing as a consumer.
